Guest Speaker: Jordan Marks
San Diego County Assessor / Recorder / County Clerk

Elected in 2022, Jordan Marks has delivered record-breaking property tax savings for San Diego—more than $260 million in 2022 alone, including millions in relief for homeowners, seniors, disabled veterans, and nonprofits. As a former Chief Deputy Assessor and Taxpayer Advocate, Jordan resolved over 1,000 taxpayer cases and led award-winning outreach programs. He is also a champion for seniors using Proposition 19 to retire without increased taxes and a recognized leader in creating contracting opportunities for veteran-, minority-, and women-owned businesses.

Jordan is a licensed attorney, Certified Property Tax Appraiser, and holds degrees from UCLA, the University at Buffalo School of Law, and the University of San Diego. He also actively serves in leadership roles with multiple San Diego organizations.

Guest Speaker: Jesus Cisneros
Conservative Speaker and Advocate for Freedom

After serving two decades in law enforcement, Jesus Cisneros was terminated for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine. Rather than stepping back, Jesus transformed his personal stand for liberty into a public platform. Today, he speaks to Hispanic communities about the importance of traditional values, civic engagement, and voting Republican. His message is clear: Hispanics have a vital role to play in preserving the values that make America strong.
